At Optimal Health and Performance, we don’t take insurance. This includes Medicare.
Our treatment plans are tailored entirely to your needs rather than restricted by what an insurance company is willing to pay (focusing on their needs). Insurance-based care doesn’t always equate to the best, most effective care.
By not accepting insurance, we strive to keep our treatment costs manageable for everyone and are often lower than what you’d pay out-of-pocket with an insurance-based provider.
Although we do not take insurance, we do accept HSA or FSA. We can also provide you with an itemized receipt that can be submitted to most insurance companies for reimbursement. Our office has simple pricing options, care packages, and family rates that are affordable and straightforward.
